Trading alerts: assignment and expiration notices, position and threshold alerts, and order fill and trade confirmations — about options positions in your own account. Alerts fire against thresholds you configure in your account settings, and you choose which alert types you receive.
All are transactional, account-related messages — no marketing. - Message frequency
- Message frequency varies. Account-security messages depend on your account activity, such as how often you sign in. Trading alerts depend on your positions, market activity, and which alert types you have turned on.
- Cost
- Message and data rates may apply. Portfolio-Intel does not charge for text messages.
- Opt out
- Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages, or turn messages off in your account settings. Account-security messages and trading alerts are sent from different phone numbers, and opting out is handled per number — replying STOP to a trading alert stops alerts from that number without affecting the verification codes you need to sign in.
